Family Practice

Family Practice, also known as Primary Care, provides diagnosis and treatment for acute and episodic illness or minor injury, and a wealth of essential preventative healthcare measures, screenings, and procedures. Services include preventative healthcare like Well-Child physicians, annual physicals, mammograms, immunizations, blood work, and urinalysis.  Eligibility for services is based on a financial screening.
